Welcome to Arkverk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital products from our store. By accessing or purchasing from Arkverk, you agree to these Terms in full.

Arkverk is a digital product offering operated as part of Sosnowski Møbeldesign.

Sosnowski Møbeldesign develops and sells furniture, design concepts, and digital building plans under the Arkverk brand.

Arkverk sells digital building plans, not physical products.

All purchases provide access to downloadable content such as:

No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered via:

  • Download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
  • Email confirmation

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide a correct email address
  • Ensure access to download files
  • Store files securely after download

Arkverk is not responsible for lost files after delivery, but may assist with re-delivery when possible.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations are provided once a purchase is completed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You immediately receive access to the digital content
  • You waive your right of withdrawal (in accordance with applicable digital goods regulations)

5. License and Usage Rights

When purchasing from Arkverk, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license.

You may:

  • Use the plans for personal use
  • Build physical items based on the plans

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the plans
  • Upload or publish the files online
  • Use the plans for mass production or commercial resale without explicit written permission
  • Modify and sell the plans as your own

All content remains the intellectual property of Arkverk.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including:

  • Designs
  • Drawings
  • Instructions
  • Branding and visuals

are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Product Disclaimer

Arkverk provides plans based on practical experience and tested builds. However:

  • Results may vary depending on skill level, tools, and materials
  • You are responsible for proper execution of the build
  • Arkverk does not guarantee specific outcomes or results

All builds are performed at your own risk.

8. Safety Disclaimer

Woodworking involves tools, machinery, and materials that can be dangerous if misused.

By using Arkverk’s plans, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own safety
  • You will follow proper safety practices
  • You have the necessary skills or supervision

Arkverk is not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Loss resulting from use of the plans

10. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in your locations recommended currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers.

Arkverk does not store payment details.

11. Account Responsibility

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Arkverk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Arkverk shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, profits, or business
  • Errors in construction or interpretation of plans

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
