At Arkverk, we sell digital building plans delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, our return policy differs from physical goods.


No Returns on Digital Products

All products sold by Arkverk are digital files.

Once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered, the sale is considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations as standard.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You receive immediate access to the content
  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered

Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

In special circumstances, Arkverk may offer a refund at its sole discretion.

This may apply in situations such as:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be resolved
  • You did not receive access to the product after purchase

These exceptions are handled individually and are not guaranteed.


Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of tools, skills, or experience required to complete the project
  • Misunderstanding of what the product includes (all products are clearly described as digital plans)
  • Failure to read the product description

Technical Issues

If you experience issues accessing your files, we recommend:

  • Checking your email (including spam/junk folders)
  • Ensuring your device supports standard file formats (PDF, etc.)
