At Arkverk, we specialize in digital building plans. As such, no physical products are shipped.
Digital Delivery Only
All products sold through Arkverk are delivered digitally.
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- Immediate access to a download link on the confirmation page, and/or
- A confirmation email containing your download link
No physical items will be packaged or shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery is instant upon successful payment.
If you do not receive your files within a few minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct
If issues persist, contact us and we will assist you.
Access & Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
- Download and store your files after purchase
- Ensure your device supports standard file formats (e.g., PDF)
Arkverk is not responsible for:
- Download issues caused by user devices or software
- Lost files after download (though we will assist where possible)
